Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small town shared with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen, and dining room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a mobile electric radiator. In summer it is very cool as it is largely built into the rock. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

El Patio de Luna Violeta (with private pool)

Our accommodation "Patio de LunaVioleta" is located in a quiet village, 30 km from Toledo and 100 km from Madrid. Birthplace of the writer Fernando de Rojas (La Celestina). The Puebla is 2 km from the Barrancas de Burujón. Our accommodation is 2 minutes from the Plaza Mayor, where you can spend a pleasant time on its terraces surrounded by its architecture, its people and on the other hand it is very close to the countryside where you can enjoy a pleasant walk through the olive groves and observe the mountains.

This is not a tourist rental. It is rented temporarily for work, teaching, or leisure purposes. Conveniently located in a well-connected area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It is close to museums, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.

A car is absolutely necessary, and consider that the location is on interior streets that are not exposed.

Our guest house is located in a large 1 Ha garden where you can isolate yourself from everything in the middle of nature in the Sierra Oeste. 45 minutes from Madrid, in a quiet village where you can take beautiful walks, bike routes, enjoy the surroundings or simply relax in our garden full of roses and fruit trees. The detached house will give you great privacy with all the amenities. We have two good, playful mastiffs that are loose in the garden

A very quiet and comfortable place to get to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retreat to rest. Don't miss the Palacio del Infante Don Luis and its gardens located in the heart of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshing baths.

There is also the possibility of staying with two children under 12 years old, on a sofa bed. It is a guest house located within the plot where the owners' house is. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The garden, barbecue and pool are for the common use of guests and owners, but we respect the privacy of our tenants. For work reasons we are practically not at home throughout the day. Inside the house you CANNOT smoke and pets are NOT accepted without previously consulting with the owners
