Ο χώρος ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2025, είναι καθαρός και φιλόξενος για δύο άτομα με όλες τις ανέσεις που παρέχει ένα πλήρως λειτουργικό δωμάτιο για τη διαμονή σας. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
