This snug, grass-roofed eco-cabin offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm Irish welcome, mountain walks on the Beara Way or snorkelling through nearby reefs. Sample local cheeses, lamb, fish and seafood or stoke up the wood-burning stove, have a glass of wine and and savour the peace and tranquillity! Word of warning: we are VERY remote, (1km off the road down a rough track). With almost no public transport, own transport (eg car) is highly recommended - see Getting Around!

The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

This open-plan loft has everything you need in one cosy space: queen bed with memory foam mattress, full kitchen, lounge area, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with power shower. Located right in town, you’re steps from restaurants, pubs, and shops—perfect for exploring, though some road noise is to be expected. Private parking is included, so you can come and go with ease. A brand new luxury timber frame glamping pod, set in a wonderful rural village in West Cork called Eyeries. We are a working beef farm and can look after your bikes/motorbikes on site in a safe environment. The Pods have wonderful mountain views and to those who enjoy nature and getting away from the madness for a little while, then this is for you. Each pod is like a little mini apartment. We live near them, so can help with any questions that you might have.

Glengarriff Lodge (formally Lord Bantry's Cottage)

Glengarriff Lodge, or what used to be Lord Bantry's Cottage, is a luxury self-catering space hidden away on a secluded, leafy island surrounded by 50-acres of ancient oak woodlands in Glengarriff, West Cork. The estate was the location of a former hunting lodge for the Earls of Bantry and offers guests a rare glimpse of a truly magical part of old Ireland, in an absolutely gorgeous and pristine setting with privacy and comfort.

Eyeries,ideal for couples, friends, small families

Inches House offers you 3 well appointed & cosy self-catering cottages. Miskish cottage sleeps a maximum of 4. Set on a quiet country lane 1km from Eyeries and 7km from Castletownbere on the Beara peninsula, West Cork. Hot water/heating & Electric is charged extra, payable on departure. Normal usage costs about €15-30 per week (usage is metered, guests responsible for turning on/off) free WiFi, free to air TV. Parking for 1 car.

The Hideaway @ Three Castle Head

The Hideaway at Three Castle Head is truly unique property situated at the head of a beautiful valley with not another house in sight and surrounded only by wild nature. The views from the cabin are breathtaking with Dunlough Castle in the near distance, the lake beside it and the wild Atlantic ocean stretching off to Beara Peninsula across the water. Photographs just don't capture the true majesty of the place.

Harbour Lights

If you love the ocean, you will love this place. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.

castle Road House

The house is bright and peaceful and is located a few minutes' walk from Dunboy castle and the coastal walks around Dunboy Woods. Situated near Castletownbere, it is an ideal base from which to explore the scenic Beara peninsula .It's a ten minute drive from the Buddhist centre at gurrannes and a twenty minute drive from dursey and ailihes.
