Il mio ampio monolocale si trova a primo piano ed è a pochi minuti dal Centro Storico. La mia struttura è così composto:Camera da letto/ Soggiorno,Angolo Cottura,Bagno, Lavatrice,Stoviglie e Biancheria in dotazione,WI-FI,Macchina Caffè Nescafé,Tv Schermo Piatto,per motivi di spazio abbiamo optato per un divano letto" Poltronesofà " citazione degli addetti al lavoro " Un vero letto dove gli esperti hanno costruito un comodo divano" facile da aprire è molto comodo, si dorme bene. Vi aspettiamo.

La casa si trova in un tranquillo Ronco della via Giovanni Aurispa una delle parallele del corso principale della città,proprio a due passi dal centro. È stata ristrutturata nel 2016, il bagno è stato completamente rifatto e anche i mobili sono quasi tutti nuovi. La camera da letto si trova al piano superiore mentre al piano terra ci sono cucina /soggiorno e bagno.
