Everything went perfect, the apartment was fully equipped for a week-long stay, everything was in good condition. The location also is great, you can really see the sea from the balcony, and last but not least - the host was very welcoming and provided all the necessary info. Definitely recommend.

It was my second stay at this apartment and I was, again, fully satisfied with my choice. The apartment is well furnished, the bed very comfortable. The balcony is really nice. I really appreciate how calm the place is while being in a very central location, thanks to the building's location in an inner courtyard off a central street. There are several supermarkets right on the street, nice cafés and restaurants etc. The host is extremely reactive. Communication is easy. I really appreciated that they came to meet me when I arrived at 3 in the morning instead of 11pm after a problem with my flight. It's great value for the money and highly recommended.

Amazing gill, very cozy and atmospheric. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Elena is a very responsive host, she will always answer and tell about everything. It is really good to take this apartment for 3 days or more and explore Tbilisi. Convenient location, there is a large 24-hour supermarket nearby. There are many restaurants where you can go to eat. Write to Elena she will tell you everything. Very clean and the view from the window is amazing. Really affordable and cozy place to stay for the money. We were happy with everything. The only thing is that if you want to sleep under one blanket - write to Elena in advance - she will arrange everything. There are all the amenities, even a paper clip to replace the SIM card was found by us in the drawer. I highly recommend this apartment and its wonderful hostess.

The home is really a place perfectly for families specially for us. very responsive and helpful host. we love the interior it is exactly what we are looking for. the kitchen is superb very spacious! and it got everything we needed. the living room is very relaxing. the bedrooms were on the spot. perfect sizes of beds and linens. my kids and us have enjoyed our stay in Hyur. Nice apartment. Good facilities and clean. Communication with Samvel was smooth and friendly. Close to a large department store and metro is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it.

Great spot very close to ski slopes. Everything was as expected. Not their fault, but the restaurant & bar at the Valley is closed. Would have been ever better if that was available, but overall a fantastic trip to Bakuriani for some skiing.

Can’t express the comfort, kindness with words. Clean space was satisfying, one and only airbnb host I will choose forever. Location is in the middle of the center, you can easily reach two metro station, funicular, mtatsminda park and so many popular places by walking.

The place is just amazing, book without a second thought if the size is suitable for you. It is a lovely cozy apartment in the heart of Tbilisi. Extremely clean apartment, with comfortable bed. Madonna is a very nice person, she welcomed us so warmly and helped with anything and everything we needed! She even gave us late check out. From balcony there is a lovely view, we enjoyed our morning coffee there. Kitchen counter had everything one may need. Lastly, apartment temperature, water pressure, Wifi, everything worked perfectly. Will definitely book this apartment again.

Everything was great! The apartment's location is excellent – right in the center of the city with easy access to all the main attractions, and there’s also a beautiful view from the window. The host was very attentive and responded very quickly and friendly, which was actually very important to me.

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. We had an amazing stay at Kenya’s house. It was so perfect for my family, it had toys for the kids and so much space for them to play. The beds were very comfortable and the street outside was quiet even tho it’s near to the Main Street. It had everything we needs such a tea, coffee, spices, even pasta in the cupboard. It really felt like home. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

Location: taxi to metro Varketili is 10 minutes away and you can get to ciy center without traffic jams. You can easily park a car nearby, get on highway to airport, Telavi or Liberty square in Tbilisi center. There's huge lake in walking distance and plenty parks around. Nice place, without night noise of city center. Nati is open and easy-to-communicate host. Apartments has new great mattress in the living room, good sofa. There are also enough space to take yoga class without any discomfort.

When we went to Kazbegi. It was really cold and Irma's place was great as we spent hours in there. And, she helped us with everything from taxis to breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful experience :)

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

This apartment has a great location, in the heart of one of the best areas of the city, a few meters from the square with subway, restaurants, stores and so on. At the same time, the location in the courtyard gives a quiet and cozy atmosphere. It is also a large and beautiful apartment. Communication with the host was also excellent. Everything was very pleasant, thank you!

Everything was ok. Has a bit miscommunication with check in, but generally it is fine. Everything is clean and well equipped. Internet is not suitable for work

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.
