This 4-bedroom accommodation is set in a rural space, with a privileged view of Serra da Estrela, located next to the entrance of Seia. This space allows you to view unique landscapes, highlighting the region's vineyards in the surroundings, and visits to farms can be scheduled in order to get an idea of how the wine of the Demarcated Dão Region is produced. The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).

Vald'arêgos Rural Tourism - Casa Cortiço

CORTIÇO: The apartment overlooking the Douro is named “Cortiço”. It is so called, in homage to honey, a secular food that was also produced on our property, exactly in this place. The family gathered to extract this nectar, laboriously produced by the bees, to serve not only as a delicacy, but also as a home remedy for everyday ailments.
