There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Short walking distance from Reading University and Royal Berks Hospital, Heathrow RailAir coach link, and 24-hour bus service to and from town centre. Close to a very pleasant walk along the river to Sonning. Reading is a 25-minute train ride into London Paddington, and has beautiful countryside situated all around it, such as Oxfordshire and Henley.
