+ The apartment is great, everything is very new and clean. The apartment is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of the city. - As we spent a month, we missed several utensils in the kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, but we preferred to sleep with the fan on, and when we requested it, they told us it would cost $30 a day, and we would spend +20 days. That would be more than $600 for a fan, I thought the price was well out of line with common sense :)

We were 4 adults to compete in the Master Basketball Championship from November 9-16. We were surprised by a wonderful, very helpful, attentive Host. We were impressed with Virginia's promptness, she immediately offered us a ride so we could go to the supermarket, as we had just arrived and there was still no way to get around by car. Her apartment is wonderful, cozy, fragrant, everything is clean and surprisingly we were very satisfied. We recommend this Host and this rental, you can rest assured the cost benefit will be well worth it. Quiet, safe location and with the information provided by Virginia, you will feel at home.

The location is great, close to the center, it has shops, bars, snack bars, everything close, you can walk. Safe neighborhood, beautiful property, well cared for and well equipped, the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator, for me this was not a problem. It's worth it and I recommend it.

The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and cozy. It was impeccably clean and fragrant. The shower is great. It has all the necessary utensils and the advantage of having products available for consumption, which made it much easier because I was tired and unwilling to go out. In addition, it has the advantage of having a very tasty breakfast included in the rental price. It felt like I was at home. The Hostess is very attentive, answers all questions very quickly. Surely the best AIRBNB I've ever looted. Extremely organized, clean, and the hostels were very gentle providing items such as soap, coffee. I really liked that the space offered a garage. At the check in were super flexible and receptive. I loved it and recommend it a lot. If you ever get back to Caxias, I'll be locating again!

Apto sits well and has everything that's needed for a few days. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. All right. Only the garage that only holds compact cars, but leaving on the street is very quiet.
