The house is beautiful and super calm environment. Delicious bed and shower of the perfect suite! The access is not so easy for the beach, but the view is impeccable, worthy of a picture! It was perfect for a fds with peace, harmony and "abundance"! Diego answers everything as quickly as possible and passes on many tips. If you want to go to cumbuco/caucaia, it is a place that is close to everything, gas station, centrinho, beach, beach club with buggy rides, supermarket, but by the announcement I had understood that the two bedrooms had the conditioned, but only 1 had, but the power of it did not supply the heat of the place, it managed to be efficient only at night/dawn during the morning/afternoon it is not enough to supply the need, but otherwise it was all tranquil, good condominium, with swimming pool, grill, field, covered parking

Our experience at Casa Flamingo was wonderful! Pullinho on the beach ten seconds away, sunrise on the balcony, sunset in the always warm pool, delicious barbecues at the great barbecue, among other incredible moments that we will take with us. The house delivers everything that shows up in the photos and reviews. Very well-equipped, wide, comfortable and in the beach style that we expect when we chose a destination on the coast. We stayed 30 days here and we said goodbye already missed. Also highlight for kindness and availability of Mr. Raimundo and Sebastião that spared no effort to meet all our needs. We highly recommend for short and long stays.

Otoni's space is exactly as shown in the photos, an excellent apartment in an excellent condominium. Otoni sent all the instructions and photos for check-in and parking, making everything easy. The condominium is safe, with a private beach, beautiful pool view and great for families. We loved our stay. I definitely recommend it.

The reception was great, as Igor was waiting for us at the entrance. We didn't have any trouble finding it. The space was clean and well taken care of, and the beach is a separate chapter: peaceful sea and pleasant beach. We have had an excellent time.

The beach access is also excellent, and when the tide is low, it is possible to enjoy a delicious bath in the natural fish that form in the sea. Our stay was simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super well-equipped, with an amazing pool and all the necessary items (and more!) to ensure comfort and practicality throughout the trip. But what really made the difference was Tati. It was impeccable from start to finish — super solicitous, attentive and concerned about every detail. We were organizing a proposal and she not only helped us with several nominations, but she also made sure everything went as planned. I was always worried that everything was okay so that we didn't have to worry about anything. As if that wasn't enough, it still provided us with fresh bread and tapioca every day for breakfast. A memorable and caring experience. We recommend with eyes closed!
