1900 sq. ft. seperate entry basement apartment. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway, gas, shopping, hiking and restaurants. PET friendly. PLEASE READ OTHER DETAILS for pet instructions. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED Zion National Park is 1.5 hours from our location. Kolob is also a part of Zion. It's 30 minutes from us but does not access Zion National Park. Within two miles of SUU and Shakespeare Festival. There is a small park a few doors down. It is great for kids and pets.

Unit 4- Country vibe, woodsy, snow, near city.

Private, quiet location attracting lots of singing birds, in the shade trees, trails, lawns and gardens. National parks include cedar breaks, Kolob Canyon and Caverns 30 minute drive. Zion and Bryce canyons both an hour drive. Three Peaks only 15 minute drive. Willow Glen Roadhouse BBQ on site, call for hours and reservations. Drive to almost anywhere in Cedar City in less than 15 minutes.
