The villa, all in stone, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a multifunctional space - living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are connected to the porch, where meals taste special. In front, we see Alvão and on the left the imposing Monte Farinha - Senhora da Graça. Outside, we have a saltwater pool, a support bathroom, a barbecue area and an oven. The place is very pleasant for those who favor the tranquility of the countryside and contact with nature.

Cashier's House

Cozy house, in a rustic style, simple and minimalist decoration, a leisure area with garden and swimming pool, where you can relax, it also has a barbecue area. The house is located in a quiet village, 15 minutes from the city of Amarante and 10 minutes from the village of Celorico de Basto, two municipalities that are distinguished by gastronomy, green wine, festivals and popular fairs, Romanesque route. There is also the Tâmega eco-track, where you can take beautiful walks and bike rides to enjoy the scenery.

The Refuge is the perfect place to escape the daily grind. It is a calm, quiet, fully equipped place where you can rest and replenish your energy. The city of Mondim also has pleasant surprises in store for you, with enchanting places to visit. If you like to walk, Mondim has many stunning walking trails. And, of course, the excellent local cuisine could not be missing, the choice between the Maronesa Beef and the Kid will certainly be a difficult decision!

Monte Verde Horizon, Bangaló Kudos

In the midst of nature, the Kudos bungalow dazzles with contemporary lines and a privileged location just 1 km from the center of the village of Mondim de Basto and at the beginning of the ascent to the hill of Sr.ª da Graça. The Kudos bungalow is ideal for absolute relaxation, where you can quietly contemplate a fantastic landscape and just a few meters from our village, where you can easily find everything a village with a tourist reference has to offer.

Originally built in the 1920s, The Grandparents´ House is located on a beautiful slope in Arnoia, having been the home of the Pereira family for many years. Completely rebuilt in 2021, this space is intended to continue to be a home for family and friends to gather. With magnificent views over the Alvão mountain range, a uniquely designed infinity pool and a private Jacuzzi, Casa dos Avós will certainly provide a memorable experience for its guests.
