Apartment holiday rentals in Skopje

Nikola's apartment is very cozy. It was probably prepared for a family in the 80s, without saving too much. Since then, both bathrooms have been beautifully redone, apparently recently. It offers plenty of space for a larger family and it has absolutely everything you could need. The days were very cold and the apartment very warm, with central heating, which was much more pleasant to me than the usual air conditioning, with which you can also heat. Air conditioning is also provided. I had to book very short notice and had a little concern because the apartment is listed as a smoking apartment. Fortunately, there was no trace of the smell of tobacco. Nikola was very nice and easy-going and let me stay longer on the last day, which was of great value to me, thanks for that. He always responded to my messages immediately.

Nice and spacious apartment. Apartment had everything it needed, well stocked. Good location, close to the Bohemian quarter. Great host, good recommendations for places to visit and eat, easy to communicate with.

Great AirBnb, would recommend! Clean, spacious, well stocked, and has a market on the street level below. Walkable to two malls and the city center. Marija was very friendly.

Very nice modern apartment with all mod cons. Had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is conveniently located just a short walk from the centre. Stefan was an attentive host and responded quickly to all my questions.

Elena's place was very clean! I am picky and it met my standards. The kitchen had great amenities. The overall location was close to everything, great for exploring the Old Town & city. Elena was very responsive to our needs. We had trouble locating the place (it was a bit tricky), but we were unable to open the instructions due to no wifi while traveling internationally. Once we were able to open the instructions, it was all clear. You do not enter the building from the street side, but from inside the secured inner courtyard parking area. The entrance to the building is old, but once you open the door to Elena's place it is modern, roomy & comfortable!

It was a spacious, spacious, immaculate house. I'm really pleased. If you want to walk to the bazaar in terms of location, there is some distance, but I went by renting a scooter, it was very enjoyable. If you have a car, don't think about it. The bed is comfortable, double and large. Since there is no name or number on the apartment building in Skopje, you can find the apartment very easily from the photos in the check-in instructions in the details section. Everything you're looking for is available in the house. (Up to slippers in the coat closet…) Bojan made descriptive responses to my questions. One thing you should know is that there is no bidet in the bathroom. Considering that Turkish tourists usually visit it, at least one can be put on a maşrapa. Thanks for everything, I will miss this house:)

We felt very comfortable. Sasko personally welcomed us and provided us with a lot of helpful information. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen has everything you need. The flat is extremely well located. You are super fast in the center of the city. Sasko always responds lightning fast and very friendly. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed at Marija's house for 4 people. The house is 10-15 minutes away by walking to the center and is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Quite enough for 4 people. We had everything we needed. We had no problems with the heating. The host responded quickly to every question we had. Only the single beds were a little uncomfortable, I can only say that. Other than that, we were satisfied. As the name says this is definitely a super cute little studio, the cutest accommodation I have ever stayed. Located in a calm and safe area, easy to go walk and also to park the car. Plenty of good coffees and restaurants around. Supermarkets near. The host is super kind and friendly. Gave all the details for the check in so clearly. I stayed one month but I could easily stay there a whole year. Totally worth the price. Once again congrats for such a nice apartment and thank for letting me had a great time there.

Although we arrived at the apartment quite late due to delays and problems with car rental, Risto gave us a briefing about the house on site and helped us adapt to the region and the city quickly. A very warm home welcomes you inside the architecture close to brutalism that reminds you the period of the apartments building date. Definitely one of the first choice points in the region, thank you Risto.

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Beautiful apartment with cool views. Clean, new, spacious, complete. You'll need to go through some steps before you get inside, but the explanation is clear. Parking garage is a maze without signs pointing to the exit…..😉

We had a nice time in the spacious apartment. We were very kindly welcomed by the parents, who live underneath. Beautiful storage for our rental car and the homemade raki tasted great. Lovely balcony, only early in the morning quite a bit of rooster crow. That's a little part of the countryside. Location is a stone's throw from the airport and highway to Skopje around the corner. Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Panche’s apartment! Everything was great – the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Panche was a helpful and responsive host, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
