Holiday rentals with a sauna in Central Asia

I had a great experience staying at this apartment. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made the entire process smooth. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

My stay was Amazing , The host was so responsive and answered my questions quickly. The airbnb was immaculate and so spacious. It had everything we needed. I couldn’t suggest staying there more! The location of the Airbnb was very ideal and close to everything I needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful and clean Airbnb, 10/10!!

We had the most amazing stay at Natalie place. Everything was perfect. The instructions to reach was clear and hassle free. And her recommendations, guide book etc was to the point. Lots of good restaurants,super market, green bazaar, Arbat street and the Panv was within 10 min walk. She was kind enough to arrange for umbrellas due to unexpected rain. She even took an appointment for me at the hairdressers which is the complex next to the apartment. So extremely convenient as everything was close by. The apartment ( living room) has a fabulous view of the mountains. And one can enjoy this while sipping on a cup of tea in the morning. The apartment is on the top most floor(13th) with 2 elevators. My son made friends in the complex while playing a football. The complex/ society is safe if you have kids. Overall our stay in Almaty at Natalie’s was a memorable one. She is the best host ever. We would love to stay at her place again and again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet at night. The host was super responsive and friendly, making check-in and check-out really easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had faced a few hurdles on our Azerbaijan trip, and the host went out of his way to help us. We highly recommend him, and suggest contacting him to help plan your entire trip.

The place was great same as the host has shown in the pictures. Host has taken very well care of even the minor details like the lighting the decorations everything They have all the amenities in washroom Regarding bedroom they have "queen sized" bed with perfect lighting and air conditioning The living room has every thing you need from WiFi to smart TV In kitchen you can find plates, cutlery sauce pan frying pan, salt pepper and even oil for tea and coffee they have electric kettle, tea bags, green tea, tea whitener and sugar Overall the stay was perfect Location was perfect right behind kazani heights is soan society where all sort of basics are available like bakery, grocery, photocopy shop For me this stay was the best The rooftop restaurant and the staff there was very helping and polite For swimming pool you have to pay separately and they have slots 10% discount is giving to the people living in apartments The ambience was so good They have very nice polite lifegaurd

Safe place , with 24/7 guards near the entrance. The host was very cooperative and friendly and responded quickly for everything.

We stayed for 2 nights and the place was very comfortable for us. All basic amenities were provided. The place as mentioned in the description is on downhill slope and it may be difficult to walk for senior citizens and young kinds. The place is well covered by Zomato & Blinkit. There is a shop for all daily necessities. We could park our car in open area in front of the building. Overall we were satisfied with the stay.

Had a great stay here! Very spacious living area, and bedrooms as well! Location is extremely convenient. Staff goes out of their way to ensure everything goes well. Place was extremely clean. The only downside, through no fault of the host or building, there was a minor pest control issue in the kitchen only, but once alerted, the problem solved within the next day. Overall very great stay and would recommend!

Emil is a fantastic host—very hospitable and welcoming. It felt like home there. He is always available to help and resolve any issues we might encounter. He provided great recommendations and has an amazing house. I will definitely come again, highly recommend him!

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

Very good stay in this nice cottage. Close to the slopes in the winter. Great for a stay with kids because there are games too. Thank you for hosting us and for the gifts.

It was a great stay at Harsh's place. The property was clean and easy to find. We had complete privacy. It overlooks a park and there was ample parking. Overall a great find!

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great view, peaceful sleep with background sounds of the river. Good wi-fi, nice big TV screen on the second floor. Spent time mostly watching films and enjoying time near the river. Will return here again some day :)
