Sunny Waverley Studio with amazing harbour views

Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Easy walk to St Clair beach & cafés

An easy 450m walk to St Clair beach, surfing, cafes & restaurants, Hot salt water pool (1st Oct - 31st March). Self contained guest suite adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. Cooking oils etc, as well as tea & coffee are supplied). We are on a relatively steep section with a windy path up to the house, which is uneven in places.

Beautiful panoramic views. Self-contained

Very nice tidy two bedrooms apartment with a separate entrance, newly renovated bathroom and toilet and buffet/dining area with microwave, rice cooker,toaster, fridge and cutleries. Can accommodate up to five people. Beautiful view of the peninsula, harbour, south Dunedin, and the pacific ocean. Complete privacy in the ground floor level. If there is anything you need we are on the second floor. 5 minutes drive to the Octagon Central City area and 10 minutes drive to the Forsyth Barr Stadium.

Located at the edge of Westwood Recreation Reserve is our beautiful Scandinavian-style house which has a private bedroom downstairs with an ensuite, a kitchenette and a patio surrounded by native bush. Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive.
