A traditional house in Sithonia area, central Chalkidiki, 1 hour from Thessaloniki, 4km from the nearest beach. 
The house consists of two floors, 1 bedroom, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 room, 1 bathroom, a small yard. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, BBQ and a fireplace. 
The house can accommodate 5-6 persons. (1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa-bed at living room, 1 sofa-bed in a separate room)
. All the facilities (garden furniture, bbc, etc) are available to the guests. The house is in the village "Metagitsi", only 4km from the nearest beach. 
Metagitsi is a very quiet village with taverns-super market-cafes-pharmacy. Some of the amenities you are going to enjoy with your stay with us will be Free parking also you can bring your pet with you as it is allowed. Moreover the smoking is permitted and the house is suitable for families and it is kid friendly as it is ground floor with a beautiful yard in the front. Last but not least the indoor fireplace will be there in cese you will be there during the winter.

Close to Apt. there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. With 2 wonderful terraces overlooking the sea. Strong signal WI-FI !! And with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary.

Ένα μεγάλο, άνετο, ανεξάρτητο σπίτι δύο ορόφων και υπογείου με συνολικά εμβαδόν 120τμ. διακοσμημένο με ανοιχτόκαρδο τρόπο, ώστε να αισθάνεστε από την αρχή στο «καλοκαιρινό σας σπίτι».
