A two-room apartment at the end of a quiet road. Rural peace in the middle of the village. We live in the same house, so we'll probably be there when you arrive. Although we live in the same house, the apartment still has its own entrance and its own peace of mind. There is an outdoor sauna in the yard that can be used. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

The house is an old - built in 1908 - VR barracks building and it once served as the house of an accountant/shunter. The premises, which exude the atmosphere of the past, were renovated in 2022 and put into use for accommodation at the beginning of 2023.
