The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago, when an additional wing with indoor saunas was built and the kitchen was renovated. A working fireplace and a log wall in the bedroom. Stylish and spacious terrace porch. There is a courtyard sauna in the yard that can be heated, and views of the riverbank. The nearby Kirkkotanhua road is quiet. Blankets and pillows on the bed. Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation, so please bring your own!

Out in the quiet countryside, but still only 5 km to the centre of Jakobstad. Both a sauna and a jacuzzi are available at the apartment. Please note! The jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is available for an additional fee of 10 euros per booking. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the jacuzzi.

A large terrace and barbecue are available. You can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard separately. Extra beds can be booked as shared accommodation in the main building. Extra mattresses are also available for children. Space to move and play in the yard. In the common areas, there is the possibility of using the kitchen and washing machine.

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Hirsimökki 1982, peruskunnostettu 2011, tupakeittiö lisävuode kahdelle, makuuhuone parivuode, kodinhoitohuone/pukuhuone, puulämmitteinen sauna, suihku saunassa, kaksi lasikuistia ja avokuisti. Keittiössä myös puuhella. Väljät tilat pariskunnalle ja parille lapselle. Kohteessa saatavilla lapsille vielä muutama ylimääräinen lisävuode (ilmapatja) ja levitettävä sohva. Mökissä on ilmalämpöpumppu, jossa myös viilennystoiminto.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Talvilomailuun hiihtoreitit lähtevät lähes pihasta, moottorikelkkareitit 20 m päästä, sekä lasten pulkkamäki, jossa naruhissi 700m päässä.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's.
