There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. A newly converted guest toilet and guest bathroom with shower for sole use. Possibility for a 3rd person (mattress on the floor) in the room for an additional Fr. 50.-. NO kitchen available! Buffet with coffee machine, kettle and microwave. In a calm neighborhood. By public transport in the city of Lucerne in 30 minutes (bus 800m, train 1.3km).

Enjoy the great view to the mountains in a quiet area. Our B&B is a starting point for several leisure activities. Enjoy and relax all seasons in the whirlpool e.g. after hiking. You have a private sleeping room and just beside your bathroom. Enjoy direct access to the wintergarden to do some work or eat something. Discover by car within one hour the greater area to see several point of interest Luzern, Rheinfall, Flumserberge, Lake Zurich, Rapperswil. I hope that sounds good for you!

Unsere 2 Zimmer sind sehr romantisch, ruhig und in unserem schönen Bauernhaus mit hochwertigen Materialien und Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

We rent our very small studio (13 sqm) with private entrance for one or two people. WE DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. The bed (140 x 200 cm) can be transformed into a sofa in no time with a handle. Wi-Fi, a writing desk, a TV and a terrace seat are available. A private shower/toilet, bed linen with terry towels, hair dryer and hair shampoo are provided. There is a simple and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee machine.
