The space is in a gated community. The main house, where I live, is on the same plot. All the infrastructure will be for the exclusive use of guests throughout the stay: barbecue, swimming pool, spa, sauna, etc., with all the privacy you deserve. Quality Wi-Fi, perfect for those who want to get out of the routine and work from home. Automation with Alexa for air conditioning, projector, lights, etc. The space is located in the city of Itupeva, 60 minutes from São Paulo Capital.

Enjoy an incredible view and an imposing one-story house, located on the banks of the Chavantes dam, with a HEATED POOL available, UP TO 31°C, if requested, hydro jets, 3 large en-suites, with split air-conditioning, plus 1 optional support apartment, small with bathroom, split air-conditioning, located in the wing opposite the other rooms of the house. TV room with FIREPLACE, retractable sofa and air-conditioning. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom.

Our Chalet is fully integrated into nature. It has large glass frames and the free look for Cerrado and mountains providing a spectacular view. Full kitchen, top-notch bedding and bath, great heated shower, walk-in closet and bed with 5-star hotel mattress. There is a balcony with a deck along the entire length of the chalet ,with table and chairs outside so that guests can contemplate the nature and starry sky of Chapada - having a wine, of course. =)

Opened in December 2023, Rancho Mirante da Serra brings together comfort, nature and sophistication in a privileged location, about 6 km from the city center. Hydromassage with chromotherapy, a solar-heated swimming pool and a fire pit are some of the winter attractions! The heated pool depends on weather conditions and the use of the thermal cover, making it pleasant for swimming. Our space is perched on a mountain top, overlooking nature.
