Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. Guests have the entire house at their disposal. The house includes an integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. In our simple guest house, there is most of what you need, washing machine, kitchen, internet and TV. In addition to these amenities, you wake up to the view of Holmsjön about 10 km outside Umeå. Toilet paper, soap and bed linen are included. Towels are not included! Rummen på övre planet skiljs åt av en övre hall. Draperier finns för dörröppningarna mellan hallen och sovrummen.

Eight kilometers from the cottage is Robertsfors, where there are grocery stores, cafés and museums. There's also a golf course in Robertsfors.

Close to bus stop. 850 meters to restaurant and 24/7 food. By car, you can easily get to both the sea and the golf course in Norrmjöle.
