Air-conditioned duplex with a sunny terrace overlooking the Porte Auguste and the Église Saint Baudile, both listed as historical monuments. The flat is on the fourth floor, with no lift. The room is not air conditioned. Pros: - Terasse - Facilities: air conditioning, ceiling fan, dishwasher, electric BBQ, speaker, TV - Very central: 3 minutes from Les Halles, 7 minutes from the Maison Carrée and 8 minutes from the Arènes. Porte d'Auguste tram/bus station and Indigo car park 50 metres away.

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator - narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to shine in the city centre on a very pretty square. Monuments and shops 2 minutes' walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen utensils. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.

Arènes & Maison Carrée (air-conditioned + free parking)

Fully air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment ideally located between the Arènes and the Maison Carrée, 300 metres from the magnificent Musée de la Romanité. You are a 5-minute walk from Les Halles de Nîmes and close to the Jardin de la Fontaine. The rental includes free access to the Les Arènes car park (maximum height: 1.90 metres) for the duration of your stay. It is located 200 metres from the apartment. You are only a few minutes away from the SNCF train station (approx. 500 metres).

You will have free use of my parking space (closed and covered, H 1.90 m) 50m from the apartment The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and has steps to access it. All windows are equipped with double glazing.
