Holiday rentals with a patio in Havana

Cecilia and her mother Teresa are amazing! It’s like you are at home and they make you feel very welcome from the first minute. As you don’t know anything when arriving, they give you very important information to understand how things are working in Havana. Ask them anything and they will find the way for you! Very friendly and responsive, always with a smile and happy to explain you everything. Words cannot describe how nice these ladies are! The apartment is well furnished and modern, it’s in a quiet road and it is easy to find. Very clean, it has everything you need and also has a laundry if you need to wash your clothes. The location is just great! You can go by foot everywhere around and you are just in the heart of old Habana and the attractions. I totally recommend this place!! You will not regret it 😉

I absolutely loved the place fromt he moment i checked in. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Daniela welcomed us at home and explained everything also gave us great tips about where to eat and what to do. It had internet the whole time and was no problem connecting to it. The casa was squeaky clean and was also cleaned a second time during our stay. Also the smell of air freshner gabe it all a homey sensation. Communication wwnt always with no problems, it was on English and whenever I had any questions one of the 3 hosts would always answer me so fast. Next time I'll definitely book it again.

I had a great experience in this apartment. A fully equipped accommodation just for me, with great value compared to other accommodations in the area. Super central, two blocks from the Capitol and the Gran Teatro de La Habana. Right on the border between Old Havana and Downtown Havana, close to everything you can visit in this city. Very smooth communication from the start. Jose Leonel sends you messages before check-in, during and before check-out so that you are informed at all times of how to access the apartment, the rules and everything you need to know. As well as Haymee, who is the one who assists you directly in the apartment, gives you keys, cleans and changes sheets and towels. Both have been extremely attentive and diligent at all times. It has air conditioning, hot water, a kitchen with a microwave, a gas stove, a large refrigerator, dishes and kitchen utensils, a coffee maker… everything for you to cook! Thank you for everything

We had an excellent stay in Havana! Ray (the house host) was very helpful with money exchange, taxis, and other things we needed. Would def recommend this house!

Best location , close to everything , really beautiful apartment , great host and super helpful , speaks great English , I will definitely come back . Has water and beer in the refrigerator as well , so it’s no need to go a buy for same prices as the stores . Over all very good experience .

The accommodation is very nice and very central in old Havana,you can get there by walking to the main tourist points. In addition,Yuselis is always attentive to you , I support you with everything , I definitely recommend it widely. You have wifi and it provides you with a sim to be connected all the time on your cell phone ,that's worth gold !! Nice locale in the Vedado neighborhood. It is on the roof of a building and offers beautiful views of the city. It operates as a boutique hotel, with bar service. The employees we receive are very helpful and polite, especially Luiz, who even speaks Portuguese.

Rosy is amazing and the apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay with Rosy! We stayed for 2 nights, left for 4 nights, then returned later in our trip to stay another 2 nights with Rosy. She's a fabulous host!

Julio was the kindest person ever! So communicative, helpful, responsive, and anytime I needed anything he showed up. He made reservations for me every single night. He recommended location after location. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was beautiful and that it was! I recommend him over and over again! His space was so artistic And all the interior designs made me happy. I genuinely feel like words can’t even explain how wonderful of a human he is! Please stay at his location you won’t regret it!

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

Great location in the middle of Old Havana. Jorge and his parents welcomed us and allowed us to enter the room earlier. They also kept our suitcases when we left in order to travel to the lighter island. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time in Havana and a huge part of that is because of Daiana! She is extremely responsive and helpful even before we arrived in Havana!! She helped us to arrange taxi, gave us lots of great recommendations and was always available to support us in whatever way possible. The flat is clean and nicely maintained. It is a few mins away from Capitolio building; however the surrounding neighborhood is quite rundown. We didn't encounter any problems during our stay though. The breakfasts were amazing as well! 10/10 and were made by Daiana's parents in the morning so they were all fresh. The portions were huge too!! Overall, 4.9/5 for everything and we'd live to come back! Muchas gracias 😊

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. It provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location couldn't be better—situated directly in front of El Malecón, it was perfect for leisurely strolls along the waterfront. There are countless great restaurants and attractions within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring all the local culture and cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking rooftop terrace. The views from up there are simply stunning! It was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink while taking in the scenery. Despite being in a vibrant and busy area, the house felt like a peaceful oasis, allowing me to relax and recharge after a day of adventure. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone!!!

Nelson’s apartment is serenity and comfort wrapped into beauty. The building is solid and quiet and arriving “home” is like landing in a serene oasis. The attention is kind and very on point. It’s a wonderful home base.

I was nervous going to Havana for the first time but this has been the best vacation I've ever had. Me and my girlfriend had a blast going here. I got to meet Manuel's father who helped us in every possible way. The Neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The neighborhood felt very safe and I definitely will be back again in the future. Couldn't of asked for a better trip!

Most definitely will be staying at this Airbnb again, the unit was very clean and the host was super friendly and accommodating.
