Very nice place, Diego was there the whole time to help us all the time. The photos are what it does and the location is excellent!Very friendly, 100% recommended.

Yanet was willing to help us at all times. She is a very nice and communicative person. Yanet is a clear and reliable person. She provided us with very useful information for our stay. We loved meeting her. Her apartment is very well lit and is located in front of a park, in a strategic, very safe and quiet area of Arequpa. It also has a very nice view of the volcanoes. From her apartment it was very easy to access downtown as well as restaurants and attractions. A taxi took us from there to the center for 8-9 soles. I would definitely go back to this place.

As described, everything was nice, the location was great, since from there to the Plaza de Armas by taxi I was inexpensive and everything around, getting around was easy, the whole stay was nice

mrs. Yolanda was very clear with the directions to be able to get in easily. She had everything she showed in the photos and very kind to leave products such as salt, sugar, coffee like to prepare something.

Amazing location! Close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. Home is very comfortable with a lived-in 70's vibe. Had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

I loved the place, I had everything you need to be comfortable. Very clean, well located and with all the essentials. Also, Miriam was super attentive and was attentive to everything we needed during our stay. The service was 10! I highly recommend it and would certainly come back.

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was sparkling clean. It was also very well equipped, everything was present for a few days stay. It is quietly located but the center is still within walking distance. We had a very nice stay and would definitely return again!

The pool and sauna is with prior reservation, the landlord solved it well, it is close to a shopping center, you can walk, quiet area, there is 24/7 surveillance, it gives you 2 towels. It is comfortable. It stays on the 10th floor but there is an elevator.

Alexander and his mother were great hosts. There was a lot of space on his 7th floor apartment. A good mall is 3 blocks away and a better mall is 2 km away. It is conviently located. The space was quiet and all the amenities worked very well. I would return.

I've had a lot of accommodations, but this one in particular has the best expectations. The location and the apartment is like being at home. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. We stayed there for 3 months for professional reasons and we had a pinch in the heart of having to leave it. The location is good, Alexander's mom welcomed us super well, she brought us tea and fruit and even gave us a little gift when we checked out. We will return without hesitation! Thanks again.
