I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. There are spiral stairs to the first floor apartment. You have the apartment all to yourself, your own entrance. Quiet hours are requested from 22.00-06.00. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a private parking place in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage right next to the apartment for a fee. Downtown about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores approx. 5 minutes walk. Cyclists welcome. 4 bikes are available for free. Tips for nearby getaways. Check out my guidebook. V samostatném domě typu Bungalov se nachází 2 apartmány DOME A (3+KK 65m2) pro max. 6 osob, DOME B (2+KK 40m2) pro max. 4 osoby a na sousedním pozemku v samostatném objektu apartmán DOME C (2+KK 32m2) pro max. 4 osoby. Apartmány jsou plně vybaveny a u všech je k dispozici venkovní terasa s plynovým grilem a zahradním nábytkem.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Enjoy a newly renovated, stylish apartment in a historic villa located in the heart of Ralsko Geopark. Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné in Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. This is important to know at the beginning. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will surely meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature and many tourist destinations in the area.

Nabízíme k ubytování nově zrekonstruovanou chatu v srdci národního parku České Švýcarsko, nacházející se v malebné obci Stará Oleška. Svojí polohou na úpatí lesa umožňuje prožití klidného odpočinku a relaxace nebo aktivní dovolené. Peší turistika či cykloturistika vybízí k objevování krás národního parku s atraktivními turistickými cíli. Nedaleká oblast labských pískovců, je také vyhledávanou lokalitou jak pro rekreační, tak pokročilé horolezce.

The apartment is on the loft floor of a family house. The entire loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment that can be used year-round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other equipment is partly old preserved, partly restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

Chata u Jezera

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
