Beachfront holiday rentals in Cetinje Municipality

Wir konnten die Unterkunft nicht sofort finden. Srdjan hat uns dann umgehend abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Vor der Unterkunft gibt es einen kleinen Strand. Ein privater Parkplatz stand uns zur Verfügung. Das ist auch dringend notwendig, denn es gibt kaum öffentliche Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt. Srdjan hatte uns Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit. Die Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig. Die Altstadt von Kotor ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Sanja şu ana kadar konakladığımız yerler arasında iletişimi en iyi olan ve en hızlı yanıt alabildiğimiz ev sahibi oldu. Ev görsellerdekiyle bire bir. Güzel ve rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Ev konum itibariyle birçok yere gidebildiğimiz orta bir noktadaydı. Biz çok memnun kaldık, Sanja’ya teşekkür ederiz.

Wir haben es sehr genossen bei Anita. Die private Schwimm-Plattform war auch für den Sundowner bestens geeignet und wurde von uns viel genutzt, da die kleine Terrasse zur viel befahrenen Straße rausgeht. Wir habe viele tolle Tipps bekommen von Anita und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke hat alles, was man auf die Schnelle braucht und vergessen hat, einzukaufen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We want to thank Dimitrije for his hospitality and for allowing us to stay in his apartment. The studio is very well equipped, everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is located in an incredible place, with ocean views and just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. It also has a swimming pool that we really enjoyed. Communication was very good, he always responds in less than a minute. We recommend this studio to couples who want to have an unforgettable vacation. We want to thanks also Dimitrije´s wife, she was great helping us with a little issue we had :).

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Все соответствует описанию, отличное расположение. Соотношение цена качество лучше не найти.Очень близко до пляжа.Идеальное место где провели отличный семейный отдых. Вернёмся обязательно.

Tamara’s place is just a street back from the sea front. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and her brother was really helpful in showing us around when we first arrived. Everything you could need is in the apartment including a shaded terrace outside. 5 or so minutes walk to the port area but with restaurants and bars right outside. Great place to stay if you’re planning a visit to Porto Montenegro.

The hosts were great They’re communicating was top class It is a lovely place to stay on the outskirts of town but very cheap taxi fare to centre or nice walk

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Thanks for everything! The place is very good. The apartments are excellent. Everything is new and clean. The sea ie nearby and that is the main advantage. Bus service to Budva is good. The old town of Budva is impressive. Thanks for transfer to Tivat! We are very grateful for everything!

Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 personnes au sein de cet appartement. L’appartement est beau et propre. Il est situé à seulement 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. La mer est visible depuis le balcon. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pieds. Il est aisé de garer la voiture dans la rue car de nombreuses places sont disponibles. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande ce logement 👍💯

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

We had a great vacation! The apartments are perfectly located—far enough from the center of Budva and the beautiful island of Sveti Stefan. You can take long walks along the coastline. Everything you need is nearby, yet there’s no noisy city or dense buildings, making it an ideal spot. The apartments are bright and spacious, with everything we could possibly need. Nikolay was very kind and attentive to us. I highly recommend these apartments. The only downside is that there are many steps, which makes access with a stroller a bit difficult.

Had a great stay at the apartment, it looks exactly like the pictures, the view is stunning, the pool area is great and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. We visited in April and as it’s out of summer reason we noticed a few of the beach restaurants hadn’t opened yet, but we walked further up the beach, heading in the direction of Budva and loads were open. We also walked to Budva most days, at first with children we thought that might be quiet a walk, but it’s so beautiful and loads of places to stop along route we really enjoyed going that way. There are many supermarkets near the apartment too, so we found it easy to grab food for the stay too. Would recommend.

We had a lovely few nights in Kotor. Irena was a great host, giving us very clear instructions and a number of recommendations. A few of the local bars and restaurants were not open at the start of the week but were gradually opening for the season as the week went on, which meant that we could walk to and from old town whilst stopping off for food and drinks on the way. The view from the apartment was spectacular, and the whole space was spotlessly clean throughout.

Ema's place is perfect!! The beach is literally steps from the property, so many restaurants, walkable to the old town. We didn't want to leave! She communicated so clearly and quickly, highly recommend. The pictures don't do justice to the views and location. Can't say enough good things!

Great location—right on the water with a private pier and amazing views. The house is renovated, with AC/heating, a proper kitchen, and bathrooms. No moisture issues, which is rare for a waterside home. However, some furniture feels mismatched, like it was brought in from elsewhere, and there are strange design choices—why six TVs? The place lacks some upkeep: the couch and outdoor cushions are worn out, and the umbrella needs replacing. Might be due to off peak season as we stayed early-Apr. The house is built from slate stone, which crumbles on its own. This leaves small stone flakes all over the floors (yes, even in beds). You can hear them hit the wooden floor at night—some pieces are nearly an inch big. Also, the house is a bit dark due to small windows—not a flaw, just something to know if you love natural light. Despite everything, we extended our stay from 3 nights to 6—it’s still much better than most of the places in the area. The host is very friendly and responsive.

Marko ist wirklich ein super Gastgeber! Der persönliche Empfang am Vormittag war perfekt arrangiert, mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und einer großen Obstschale… der mobile WLAN Router, den Marko uns zur Verfügung gestellt hat, war Gold wert - damit haben wir alle seine Empfehlungen und Tipps problemlos ausmachen können - z.B. Strände, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Touren und Orte usw. waren immer ein Volltreffer! Die Kommunikation war steht’s einwandfrei! Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Montenegro verbracht und das nur, weil wir uns nach unseren Ausflügen auf die schöne Unterkunft gefreut haben und den Abend auf der Terrasse genossen haben! 7.-14. Oktober 2023 mit super Wetter und Sonne satt! DANKE

Pržno je malinké a čisto turistické stredisko. Apartman je čistý a veľmi pekný, všetko fungovalo až na teplú vodu, ktorá občas nešla. Nádherný výhľad, čisto a vybavenie všetko čo potrebujete. Milena je veľmi milá, bola nám každý deň k dispozícii. V auguste boli pláže preplnené, lehátka na pláži 30€ / deň, v Pržne nieje nič iba reštaurácie a potraviny. Autobus do Budvy premáva každých 15min. Peši 5 minút z Przna sa dostanete na skvelé a lepšie pláže až po Sv. Štefan 20 min peši veľmi peknými chodnickami v tieni. My sme chodili na tieto pláže aj 2 krát denne. Pobyt je podľa mňa vhodný pre tých, ktorý si chcúužiť more, pre rodiny s deťmi, oddýchnuť. Boli sme s deťmi aj starými rodičmi, sme spokojní.

My friends and I had such an incredible stay—it honestly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space was beautifully maintained and immaculately clean, which immediately made me and my friends feel comfortable and relaxed. You can tell the host really cares about creating a welcoming environment. Speaking of the host—Mladen was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. Any time I had a question or needed a recommendation, they were quick to reply and always happy to help. The location was great, the amenities were exactly as described (if not better), and everything just ran so smoothly. I had such a fun and relaxing time—it was truly one of the best stays I’ve had through Airbnb. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and I’m already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Evde 6 yetişkin, 2 çocuk ve 1 bebek konakladık. Ev tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı fazlasıyla karşıladı. Odalar konforlu, balkonu keyifliydi. Mutfakta aklımıza bile gelmeyecek birçok malzeme vardı. Bir akşam bahçedeki mangal alanını da kullandık, çok keyifliydi. Evin kendine ait otoparkı olması da çok güzeldi. Evin hemen karşısındaki plaj alanına bayıldık. Çardakta keyifli vakit geçirdik. Evin konumu da manzarası da harikaydı. Balkondan bakınca Tivat şehir merkezini ve körfezi görebilirsiniz. Yakında tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebileceğiniz marketler ve bir Avm mevcut. Yürüyüş yapmak için de harika bir konumu var. Ev Kotor ve Tivat'a oldukça yakın. Havaalanını ve kalkan/inen uçakları görebilirsiniz ama gürültüsü size hiç gelmeyecektir. Ev sahiplerimiz tüm soru ve ihtiyaçlarımızda hızlıca ve güleryüzle destek oldular. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Müthiş bir tatil geçirdik.

Gözünüzü açtığınız gibi tüm Montenegro manzarasını görüp, bir adımda kendinize ait verandadan denize girebilirsiniz. 1 hafta kaldık ve her gün büyülenerek uyandık. Evin önündeki masa sandalyeler ve şezlonglarda yemek yemek, güneşlenmek, denize girmek paha biçilemez. Ev, otobüs durağının dibinde. Saatte bir otobüs geçiyor. Ulaşımı kolay. Ev biraz dar ve küçük ama bence burayı özel yapan şeylerden biri de bu. Çatı katındaki küçük pencerenin önünde oturup saatlerce vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Sonja bizi karşıladı çok nazikti ve hep bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sordu. Eğer bu evi inceliyorsanız ikinci kez düşünmenize gerek yok :) Kettle var ama malesef kahve makinesi yok.
