Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cha-am District

Juan has an amazing place! I stayed here for a month and loved it! It’s great for families, couples and even solo travelers. Juan was very helpful as a host and was honest about everything! Quick to adapt and help out in any problem that I had! Again it’s an amazing place and Juan is a great host who deserves more customers his way.

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

Had an amazing stay here over Christmas & New year. Everything was fantastic Would absolutely recommend this place Host was always very responsive. Would recommend highly and are already thinking about returning

Denne bolig får vores aller bedste og varmeste anbefaling! Vi var 4 der bookede Jibbies bolig og vi har fået meget mere end forventet. Jibbie er ejer og den sødeste unge pige, som kun ville os det godt! Da vi ankom efter en lang rejse, var der sørget for en koldt vand og en kold sodavand, lidt kage og toiletartikler - dette var virkelig kærkommen, da den ene kuffert desværre var strandet. Der var rent og pænt, virkelig et skønt hus. Jibbie hjalp os med at leje scootere, disse blev leveret dagen efter til middag! Jibbie sørgede også for kommunikationen med lufthavnen, så vores kuffert kom frem. I huset er der er vaskemaskine, til lidt opfriskning af tøj. Området og huset er dejligt, dejlig pool, som ligger lige overfor huset til fri afbenyttelse. Kort fortalt, der er hvad man skal bruge til en dejlig varm ferie. Det tager ca 10 - 15 min. på knallert til Hua hin, men der ligger mange fine spisesteder lige i området, samt et stort supermarked med alt, de har de fineste råvarer, fisk, skaldyr, kød, friske grøntsager og frugter i alle afskygninger, hvis man selv vil lave mad! Uanset hvad vi havde af spørgsmål, så skrev vi til Jibbie og hun svarede meget hurtigt! Hvis Jibbie ikke selv kunne komme forbi, så kom Jibbies mor - ikke at vi havde brug for noget, vi havde lejet et hus, ikke servicen som på hotellerne. Vi blev rigtigt glade for Jibbie og hendes måde at være på - som skrevet, vi fik meget mere service end forventet og kan derfor kun anbefale andre dette skønne skønne hus og denne sødeste husejer! Vi vil rigtig gerne tilbage en anden gang! / Tina

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

I felt like home. Extremely clean place, fully equipped kitchen. The complex is quiet and suitable for families with children. We stayed in this house for a month. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Hua Hin. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing. The private pool and garden area offer a great level of privacy, and the villa is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and villa manager was smooth, and they were always available when needed. Highly recommended!

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

This is an awesome house, plenty of space for people to sleep, kids loved the pool and watching movies in the living room. House is 5 minutes drive from the beach so really convenient. There is a delivery service for things you need, food, drink etc. We are looking at buying a place in the same development!

We, family & friends, had a peaceful moment at Viren's place. Very nice & cozy accommodation. Easy to go Hua-hin town, just 10 mins drive. Will definitely be back to visit your home again when we think of Hua-hin.

It was a perfect vacation house for a family. All 5 rooms had full bathrooms and they were quite spacious with ocean view. 3 min walk to beach was also nice. We had a few issues with house but they were taken care of on the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone coming to Hua-Hin for any occasions.
