This Retreat House is wonderful! Located in a quiet area, with lots of greenery, and a short distance from a Supermarket and the city of Aregua. The area is tranquil, for a week's getaway from the noise and fatigue of living in a busy city like Asuncion. The Hosts are there for whatever your need, they will take care of every detail for you to feel comfortable while having a blast in a completely private Quinta. Breakfast available upon request for an extra charge. The place is super clean.

Welcome to your home away from home! Enjoy a charming experience with easy access to shops, malls, restaurants, food park, banks, currency exchange agencies. WiFi throughout the property, 300 mbps, Smart TV with cable - Netflix. It has a pool, barbecue area, patio, gallery with furniture and Paraguayan hammock, as well as a terrace with a beautiful view of nature. A place to stay for a few days or a few months. We have breakfast and laundry services for a fee.

Beautiful suite!

We look forward to seeing you with morning coffee and toast with butter every day. We want you to feel at home and we have a beautiful room for you with a 1.40 meter bed and a bathroom inside. The house is located in the Ycua Santi residential neighborhood, in a quiet alley, very close to Asuncion's new shopping center: Shopping del Sol, La Galeria, near Avda. Santa Teresa and the International Highway.

The room features two beds, one covered with a floral red blanket. A compact fridge and a wooden wardrobe are visible. A wall-mounted television is placed across from the beds, and a small desk is situated beside one bed. Natural light enters through a window, brightening the space.
