Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

We are in front of Pedra Selada. All access via asphalt, seven kilometers away from the Visconde de Mauá Village. The house has gas-heated water, hydro, a fireplace, smart TV, private barbecue and a full kitchen. The property has 5 independent cottages, designed and arranged to ensure everyone's privacy. We have a common area with a sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit and billiards that can be used exclusively by appointment made on site.

A unique experience at @cabanasluanova. Located in Visconde de Mauá, Cabana Sirius is a Modern A Frame, a unique, modern construction with a peculiar architecture. With one of the best views of Serra da Mantiqueira, the space features a hydro-massage tub, full kitchen, TV room and mezzanine with a queen-size bed. Located in Maringá RJ, it is between the centers of the villages of Visconde de Mauá and Maringá (4 km and 3 km), respectively.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
