One bedroom ground floor flat with very peaceful garden. The property is lovely and cosy and has direct access to your very own garden. If you walk left when you exit the front door you will find yourself right at the beach. If you turn right you will come across an array of independent restaurants, bars and little bespoke shops selling their beautiful items. Please be aware this bathroom is been refurbished and from February will have a walk in shower not a bath.

Close to all essential amenities, restaurants, theatres etc. Safe and quiet area ( mostly) on street and on drive free parking. 2 mins to seafront. Good transport links locally and into London. A truly great and convenient place to stay. You really can have it all!! Each room has own bathing facilities. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 balconies. Accommodates 6 with option for 7th person. Seashells is a beautiful seafront apartment with amazing views over the Estuary. Sit back and watch the ships sail past or cross the road and you are on the beach. We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, modern shower room, 50" tv and free wifi.
