Great location. Easy parking. Easily walkable to all parts of Beaune. The apartment is very large and well stocked with equipment. You will need to bring some of your own items such as coffee.

I have come several times and it is always very good, the cottage is clean and perfectly matches the photos.

Charming apartment, tastefully decorated, super well equipped, very comfortable and all in a building that has a remarkable history!! Very good bedding, roller shutters, new bathroom and kitchen. And thank you Christine for the bouquet of thrush😊. We enjoyed the rooftop bar of the 4* hotel opposite - former Post Office hotel.

Great apartment in a great location

We were looking for a cozy and cozy place to stay during my brother's maternity visit, Marlene's cottage was perfect for this, we were also welcome last minute to arrive a day earlier. We felt safe to come home late at night as well. Marlene was very friendly through the app. The cottage radiates warmth ❤️

We weren't disappointed with our reservation. This pretty house with many outdoor places, which we enjoyed with the springy sweetness, offers various activities and places of rest. Everything is as described. Discreet, serious and responsive host. We will be back!!

Eliette could not have been a better host. Super friendly lady who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything you need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and had lovely fresh sheets. There’s very little to do in this particular village so you have to travel to the neighbouring villages for bars/restaurants etc so you will need a car. The house is beautifully decorated and cosy, especially with the log fire. My only slight negative was the fact that the bedroom is on the top floor, up a very steep staircase, and the bathroom is downstairs. Apart from that it was lovely ❤️

very nice house, everything is clean, billiards, foosball, boules, swimming pool... everything is available! Amandine is very available and accommodating. We had a lovely time with the family. I recommend it.

We had a great time at Jean-Eric's place. The house is huge, so everyone has their space and privacy. The common areas are also very large and the equipment is quite suitable for large groups. The outdoor space is great and suitable for children because it's totally enclosed. The area is very beautiful, there are many walks to do nearby. A very nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet! Jean Eric is very responsive, flexible and has good advice. Evguenia, who welcomed us is also adorable. We recommend it without hesitation!

Chistophe's house has all the necessary amenities for long stays even if we could only stay one night. Highly recommended for a family with one or two children (also equipped with a crib). Spacious and comfortable kitchen. The garden around the house is very nice. The apartment also has games for children and a large living room.

Beautiful and nice accommodation. With all necessary amenities available. Very friendly and helpful guest host and hostess. The weather didn't always allow it but the pool was fantastic. Great beds and lovely shower. In short, the accommodation was great.

Yannick is a very good host, he is available for any request and his special touches are a plus. The accommodation is clean, new, has everything you need on a daily basis, very well located on the edge of the forest without having unnecessary extras. Also well located in relation to Bourg en Bresse and the center of Peronnas. Thanks again for everything.

Stop for a simple night but we regretted not being able to stop there longer: spacious interior, tastefully arranged by a responsive, kind and cinephile host!

10/10. Absolutely beautiful, spotless, upscale loft right in the middle of the village with wonderful views. Walking distance to everything. Comfortable bed, fast wifi, hot shower, easy check-in, free parking a 4-minute walk away. Great communication with hosts who care. Staying in a building this old with that winding staircase is a real treasure. I loved every moment and would come back in a heartbeat. Was able to do a wonderful little hike of Beaune Mountain to view the countryside above, then return to enjoy a wonderful dinner around the corner at Restaurant Au Coq Bleu. The bakeries and gelato and wine shops are right outside your door. (When you drop off your luggage, you should be able to double park in a spot right out front...the St. Etienne Parking Garage was easy to navigate...and a short walk.)
