Beautiful and spacious home with a nice hot tub. We would stay again!

We stayed here with friends and a total of 5 kids ages 9 months to 9 years. There was plenty of space and all the kids had fun on the playset and pool. Ryan was great and the neighborhood was peaceful. The place had nice bonuses like plenty of paper products and tons of towels for the pool. It was worth the price and we would stay there again.

We recently had a multi-family visit to University of Illinois and this was the PERFECT location. Everything exceeded our expectations- the home was spacious, comfortable and spotless. We will definitely be back for another visit soon.

Debra was an amazing host. She was so nice and had great communication throughout the entire booking. She was always quick to respond. The space was perfect for 2 people. It was equipped eith everything you need. The fresh baked cookies were so thoughtful ☺️ I would rebook if I'm ever in the area again.

Scott is a superb host, extremely responsive and helpful. We had an unusual situation and Scott responded quickly and completely resolved it for us in the best possible way. A truly excellent experience.

Great house nice and cozy will stay again

I stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect! Checking in was easy, and Araceli was flexible with check-in times, especially since we couldn’t come in until the evening. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The check-in and check-out instructions were simple and communicated the day before, which was helpful. Araceli is also a quick responder, leaving me and the other guests with no questions that never got answered. The home is a few minute walk to a bus stop, which was very helpful when it came to getting onto the UIUC campus. I highly recommend booking this home with Araceli!

I loved the house. The location is great. Check-in was a breeze and was flexible for our very late arrival. We were a last minute booking as well and Heather was very attentive to our specific needs. Yoyo's and the Chophouse on Main are an easy walk and are awesome! I recommend coming to visit just to get away!

I will try not to rave disproportionately here, but Holly is a great host, and her place is WONDERFUL. I've had a handful of AirBnB experiences so far, and this has been the best HANDS DOWN. Beautiful little house, creatively decorated, well-equipped kitchen with welcoming (and much-appreciated) snacks, interesting books, comfortable bed, VERY QUIET neighborhood, off-street parking, Nest thermostat. I felt at home from the moment I walked in until the moment I (sadly) departed. I hope it's available the next time I visit Urbana, but wouldn't be surprised to find it booked. Thank you Holly!

We were in town for the weekend with two of our kids, the home was perfect for us. The location was great, very close to the University where we were playing basketball. Would stay here again!

The home was perfect for our group for a 1 night stay. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. And Molly was kind enough to let us check in a little early before a mid-afternoon performance we were attending. Note: --The warning about the steep staircase is 100% accurate, so take heed if mobility is an issue. --There are a few additional house rules that were not in the binder but were communicated by email upon check-in. Unfortunately we missed those, so check messages during your stay. --The home is outside the delivery area for Papa Del's so you'd have to do pick-up. ; )

The stay was wonderful. Would recommend to everyone with a big family or even small. Everything you need and in place. Worth the money.

we had a great stay. It's about an 8 minute drive the the Activities center at U of I which we needed to be close so this was great. comfy and nice toys for the kids

Lauren’s home was the perfect place to unwind after the fun-filled days of Dad’s Weekend at U of I. We instantly felt at home when we entered Lauren’s house. Her helpful notes around the house eliminated any questions we would have had during our stay. And the neighborhood was absolutely perfect. Just far away from the campus madness that you could decompress, yet close enough that you could be back on campus in 5 min. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This apartment was perfect for us. It was clean, simple, and very comfortable. Cory thought of all the details - coffee, snacks, blackout curtains, nice bathroom amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We stayed the month of January. The home was cozy and inviting. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. We appreciated having a dedicated space to use as an office area for remote work. Sheri was responsive to our questions and proactively checked in with us during our stay. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was great for us. We were in town for state high school wrestling and it was easy location that was close enough. The extras that they left were wonderful ! This place we would stay again.
