This all-levels Venice Beach fitness session blends strength and mindfulness against the backdrop of the Los Angeles coastline. This is not just a workout—it’s a chance to reimagine what fitness means for your body and your mind. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, I’ll make sure you’re both challenged and empowered. • We’ll begin with a group assessment and intention-setting session. I’ll draw on my expertise in trauma-informed coaching to help you ground yourself in your body and align with your personal goals. • From there, you’ll move into a dynamic workout to the sounds of a playlist inspired by Los Angeles artists. We’ll combine HIIT, bodyweight strength training, and power movements in a way that builds resilience, endurance, and well-being. • The session concludes with breathwork and a guided meditation, connecting you to your body and the natural energy of the ocean. You’ll leave Venice Beach feeling strong, grounded, supported, and inspired.

Learn classic skate moves with me, a roller skate coach, tv/film skate talent, and cofounder of LA Roller Crew! Get an upfront view of some of the most iconic Venice Beach spots before the afternoon rush! Feel the pulse of Venice Beach’s unique blend of artistry, athleticism, and self-expression in a guided 120-minute session for all levels. Skates from Jay’s Rentals are included. • Meet at Jay's Rentals located at 1501 Ocean Front Walk ( a 1-minute walk past the Venice sign) to pick up your skates before heading to the Venice Beach Skate Dance Plaza, where I’ll share the history of the legendary skate plaza and surrounding area. Bring water to stay hydrated and sunscreen for protection while rolling in sunny SoCal. • Stretch and warm up on the grass before I guide you through essential roller-dance moves recognizable worldwide: the Downtown, the Crazy Legs, and the Grapevine. • Keep rolling! I’ll give you tips for the best places to keep skating until your skates are due back at Jay's Rentals. *For skate rentals beyond 2-hour allotted time, additional fees will apply, and must be returned by 7pm. You’ll leave with improved skating skills, as well as an invitation to join local meetups and stay connected with the Venice skate community.

Join me for a 3-mile run through Echo Park, where we’ll blend fitness and culture as we explore Los Angeles on foot. We’ll run by scenic trails in Elysian Park, pass a legendary lowrider gathering, stop at the Dodger Stadium sign, visit a Fast & Furious filming location, and finish at Echo Park Lake. • We’ll start with a warm-up at Canyon Coffee, then jog through Elysian Park, stopping to take in the views and catch our breath. • Pass a lowrider gathering, stop for a photo at the Dodger Stadium sign, and visit Bob’s Market, a Fast & Furious filming location. • We’ll end our run with a cooldown, where I’ll share insights into LA’s running and street culture. We’ll wrap up back at Canyon Coffee, where we can grab a post-run coffee and chat more about the city’s history and community spirit.

LA's Top Surfing Experience

Before you come: We will try and contact you to size you for a wetsuit/board to help speed up the pre-lesson portion, and also give you an update on the conditions for your lesson. 20 minutes before the lesson: We will have you sign a waiver and get into your wetsuit. First 45min- hour of lesson: We will be on land and cover all of the basics, technique, and safety. The following 30-40 minutes: we'll be in the water together. I'll help you get into waves and give you instruction in the water to help you surf your first wave(s) The remaining time: you'll show what you've learned, We'll be a little more hands-off and either join you in the water or watch from the beach. At the end of the lesson: we'll head back dry off and change out of the wetsuits. --------- A couple of other notes : - If you'd like a private lesson feel free to message me - We will treat you like a person, not a number: We keep smaller classes (7 people or less unless specially requested otherwise) for a more individualized experience. We won't 'stack' our classes back to back and leave time between classes. This means you have time to change before and after class without cutting into your lesson time, you actually get a full class. - We include free photos and mean it, no deceptive pricing tiers. As we depart, you'll melt into the night reflections with your music specially curated to pair with the serenity of the amazing sights and lights on the water. Get up super close to the colorful raging waterfall, giant mural, Queen Mary ocean liner, rainbow bridge and the perfectly lit up Aquarium of the Pacific in rainbow harbor. You'll take amazing photos over the water as we get up close to some of the iconic city light views that make Long Beach famous. The Long Beach cityscape is beautiful, and it is equally stunning day or night. Want a private cruise? Of course you do! Control the music, let your hair down and bring your own drinks. You'll have the ride to yourselves! Don't see the time you want? We will be happy to open a custom time for your private group. Just ask! (Please do not ask to open a new time for a public trip). Other things to note. Don't worry about getting seasick! The yacht experiences minimal motion while on this type of cruise. Alcohol is allowed on Private trips ONLY. Minors allowed on private trips only with parents present. Always bring a warm coat! The wind chill can make it very cold. Tipping your captain is customary but not compulsory.

⭐️Learn to Surf and Get Free Photos

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SURFING - whether its your first time or you're trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards (we offer boards in a variety of sizes to fit your needs) and head down to the sand. For the first 20-30 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then it’s 60-80 minutes with an instructor in the ocean. The remaining time is yours to practice your skills and have fun in the water. PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS: The classes are taught by myself or one of our great instructors. We usually have the 2nd instructor helping in the water when the group exceeds 6-7 people. Your safety is our main priority! All of our lead instructors are ISA (International Surfing Association), CPR & First Aid certified, we obtain Water Safety Specialists certificates (surfing instructor safety training) and I also completed 2 Level surf instructors program with ISA. PHOTOS: One of the instructors will try to take complimentary GoPro photos of you in and out of the water in the last 10-15 minutes of the experience. Keep in mind that it's not alway possible to get water shots due to safety reasons. These are not professional pics but a great memory for you, your friends and family. For kids under 12yo - please inquire about private lessons.

Newport Sailing Adventure

Our Newport Sailing adventure starts off with a safety briefing before we sail through Newport harbor, passing seven islands all of which have interesting history, buildings and boats, which I am happy to share with you. Then, wind and swell permitting, we sail down the coast to the edge of Crystal cove state beach where we get to see a few stunning geographic features of our coast. After that we sail out a bit off shore to look for wildlife and before heading back into the bay and to the dock we visit our local napping sea lions. Throughout our trip you are welcome to do as much or as little of the sailing as you’d like as Lively is a breeze to sail and I am more than comfortable showing folks the ropes both literally and figuratively.! Other things to note: When you arrive at the marina be sure to have sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a bottle of water and a light jacket.

PRIVATE Surfing Lesson For TWO People

THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR TWO PEOPLE TO BOOK TOGETHER!! This is the BEST VALUE surf lesson you could ever find! We do offer this experience in: • English • Spanish This experience can be scheduled from 7am - 2pm. We will do our best to work with your schedule, but please keep in mind that we would have to avoid bad and unsafe surf conditions. You will have a PRIVATE SURFING LESSON for your group of two with a professional instructor that will be helping you to enjoy the beauty of surfing for the entire duration of your experience. My goal is for you to have an excellent experience surfing, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. For the first 15-30 minutes (depending on your skills) we’ll be training on the beach, then it’s 1 hour 30 mins with the instructor in the ocean. * We will provide you with surfboards and wetsuits (included in the price of the experience). ** Photography service is available for an additional fee (please inquire if interested). Other things to note You'll need to know how to paddle in order to be able to surf.
