The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

This unique and very bright place has a style all its own on the second floor of a small, affluent residence. The two rooms of the apartment, bedroom and living room, overlook the sea on the marina of Perros Guirec. The apartment is very quiet, parties are forbidden. We did not install wifi intentionally, but books are at your disposal.
