Thatched Carters Cottage nestles in the peaceful Dorset hamlet of North Chideock, adjacent to 16th century Home Farm Cottage. A fabulous rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane fab hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cosy Cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & TV lounge. Guest parking with private garden and bike storage.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

“Rex the Bus” Quirky and fun bus conversion.

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

Our beautiful garden flat sits on the site of one of the oldest Nurseries in England. Renovated & refurbished this 2 bedroomed luxury flat is in a quaint village in the heart of the Somerset country. Equipped with modern conveniences it retains a sense of charm & character. Whether you are looking for beautiful country walks, a visit to the cycle café of the year or just a relaxing visit we are for you. Noresire is a ground floor flat with a family member above so footsteps may be heard.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

Manor Farm Cottage - Ideal for families & groups

Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with us at one of our Holiday Homes at Manor Farm We offer the choice of Manor Farm (Sleeping 14) Manor House (Sleeping 7) or Manor Farm Barn (Sleeping 4). All properties have their own private garden areas and their own private entry by keysafe. The location is the perfect mix of peaceful, rural country living, whilst still being just a short drive away from all of the local amenities, major transport links and tourist attractions.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.Located off the beaten track and down a quiet country lane, Hillview is a comfortable and well-appointed bungalow, perfectly situated for exploring the Somerset Levels and Moors and the delights of this magical county. Hillview is situated in Martock and offers a garden/barbecue facilities. Guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Electric vehicle charging NOT available.

The Old Barn has been completely renovated with relaxation in mind. Furnished with a mix of genuine mid-century furniture and other vintage finds, this memorable bolt hole stands in a private courtyard with independent access. We allow well-behaved dogs.

With beautiful views south across the picturesque valley, our small garden overlooks Forde Abbey, with views of the magnificent avenue of trees, and the highest powered fountain in the country. Our cottage has been converted with the intention of creating a luxurious and peaceful space. The kirami wood fired hot tub has to be experienced to be fully appreciated in this amazing setting.
