The accommodation (90 m2) is cozy and authentic, well heated and very well equipped. On the ground floor: entrance hall with toilet, large L-shaped open room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, and south-facing living/dining room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Large cellar on the lower ground floor. Two gardens with sun all day long. Fiber Optic internet connection.

Charming cottage located at the foot of the Bonnevie rock. Overlooking the city of Murat, it offers a very nice view of this city of character. Access to the city centre is 2 minutes' walk. 10 minutes by car from the winter resort of Lioran or ULM-oies. Location close to the Auvergne mountains (Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, GR departure) which allows many hikes for nature lovers. Or beautiful walks by motorcycles or bikes.
