Make some memories in our 19th century cottage where no walls are straight and the the sun shines all day in our garden. We have 4 bedrooms to choose from, 2 with double beds, 1 with a set of bunk beds and 1 with a single that can pull out to another double so there is plenty of space for your family. Downstairs you can relax in the front room, entertain in the separate dining room or let the children play in the play room, or simply enjoy making food in the kitchen which leads onto the patio.

Close to Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Bath, as well as many other beauty spots and attractions. A good selection of pubs and restaurants, some accessible on foot. Dogs welcome, max 2.

Wendale Barn is a beautifully renovated, compact, detached building, the perfect place to relax on the edge of Cheddar. With private patio, decking and stunning views of the reservoir and Glastonbury Tor. Private, romantic, the ideal getaway, with double bed upstairs and sofa-bed in the living room; although it is open plan, so the shared space isn’t private. Access is via a run of steps up the hillside, some garden terraces are up to 1.1m high, without guardrails and there is a shallow pond.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. "Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

There are plenty of restaurants available in cheddar or you can easily pick up a take away. If cooking is your thing the open plan living area is perfect for creating meals and sharing them with family and friends. Don’t leave without tasting the strawberries, they are delicious and in the summer they are sold from a hut outside the main gate.
