Holiday rentals with lake access in Chennai

All I have to say is , this air bnb property is simply a great place to relax and spend with your family and friends . Midhun has been a great host , very helpful with his suggestions and replied quickly whenever I contacted him. Clean amenities, and a min walk from a secluded and scenic Nibhav Beach. Though easily connected via Taxi Aggregators , having personal vehicle is recommended.We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Great place for the price! The caretaker is the x-factor on this property. Readily available, extremely supportive and always helps with a smile!

The host was friendly and welcoming. I visited Chennai along with my parents for my mom’s eye surgery and booked Gowtham’s place for our stay. Gowtham and his family took care of almost everything that we needed. His father offered us coffee and even cooked rice for me and my parents, we were given insights about where to go, what to do, and everything in between. The experience was overall fantastic and I highly recommend this place.

A very calm, and quiet stay. The location is hardly 2 kms inside, from the Rajiv Gandhi IT expressway. Easy to locate. There are not many restaurants nearby, but we can rely on swiggy delivery, being close to highway. We were the first guests in that specific unit - and everything was clean and ready for the occupancy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was a wonderful experience. The space was very well-isolated, offering a peaceful environment. The host, Rahul, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, always replying within seconds, and made sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Very nice caretaker, beautiful family! They add homely to your stay. There was in the beginning some issues about the not so clean bed sheets, also there should be some cleaning tools in the room! Other than that, everything was fine. The place it’s a bit out of town, also around 30 to 45 minutes to the airport (500 rupees with Rapido app). Some people mentioned the road conditions. The Road to the House is now finished and nothing to be concerned anymore!

The place is well located, neat, access to everything - shops, transport, restaurants - is very easy. Lulu stretches herself to meet the commitments promised. If I find one feature that would have made the place super, in my view, it would be a bath & toilet attached to thebedroomi.

Excellent stay. Worth the price. If you have your own vehicle or don't bother using cabs, 100% recommended.

Good and peaceful place.. private rooms

I had a wonderful stay — it was extremely comfortable, supportive, and truly felt like a home. The privacy was excellent, and the hosts were always very quick to respond whenever I reached out. Their polite nature and kind gestures made the experience even better. Honestly, I'm not very good at writing reviews, but I can confidently say that the stay was so good that I even extended my booking with them. I look forward to writing an even better review after my next stay!
