Old stable in a small hamlet, renovated by us, this semi-detached house offers all the comforts in the countryside: green space, water, forest, many hiking trails from the house.... 3-star accommodation since 2015 in a region full of historical discoveries (Châteaux de la Loire, Villes de caractère...) and gastronomic discoveries (Sancerre...)! If you like mountain biking and TT motorbiking, the owner will be able to guide you for your itineraries, if you wish!

L'Écurie de Lili between Bourges and Sancerre

Located between Bourges and Sancerre, we offer our renovated stable with its beams, exposed stones and its wood burning stove on the ground floor. A perfect mix of old-world charm and modern 🙂 for a relaxing stay. Discovering Bourges, its cathedral and marshes, then on the other side of Sancerre, its wine and cheese: Le Chavignol. My pillow in the barn

"Mon oreiller dans l'étable" is a small cottage located on the Loire bike route, at the gates of Sancerre and Chavignol and close to Guedelon. Great for a pleasant tourist stay. We welcome you to an outbuilding close to the owners' house but you will be totally independent. Old 45 m2 barn completely renovated with private terrace and secure parking to accommodate bicycles, you will be seduced by the charm of the old stone.

Old renovated Sologne barn, designed as a family home Located on a 3-hectare wooded park, a swimming pool and a spa. The barn is 200m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4wc, a kitchen with dining room lounge of 70m2 opening onto terrace under the oaks. Next to your private spa. In the property a large shared pool of 12x6 treated with salt. The pool is shared with a small house for 4, not overlooked.

140 m2 cottage in a restored barn, surrounded by nature. Equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, washing machine ), pets allowed, private parking, wifi, extra heating, additional heating ( see conditions in other notes ). The price of 80€/night corresponds to the accommodation of 1 to 4 guests beyond extra 14€/night per guest outside the household (at the expense of the guests or optional - 40€)
