“Russell and Liz were great hosts. Quick to reply to messages and friendly when we arrived. The space was warming and rustic. The fireplace and the exposed wooden beams gave it a great cosy vibe. The countryside offered an awesome walk to stretch our legs and get out! Unfortunately we couldn't visit the local amenities due to the COVID-19 outbreak but we were happy isolating indoors.”
My place is close to Sherborne, the Jurassic Coast, many National Trust houses, Cheddar Gorge and much more. You’ll love my place because of the tranquility, the swimming pool, the space, a fully equipped kitchen, wonderful views and comfy beds.
“Absolutely wonderful holiday away from it all, so peaceful and quiet. The dog has loved being off his lead wondering around the many fields. The kids and adults alike have enjoyed having exclusive use of the pool over the yard. Lorna and Andrew greeted us on arrival and were so welcoming. The barn is bigger and more homely than it looks online, and it looks fab on there anyway!!! Homemade jams and marmalade were left for us and to top that off some freshly laid eggs were bought round....delicious. we will definitely return and recommend to all.”
Superb two-bedroom stone cottage with panoramic views, situated on the outskirts of Stoford on the Somerset/Dorset border. RAIL LINKS: South West Trains London Waterloo/Exeter Line - comfortable 10 minute walk through the village to Yeovil Junction. ROAD LINKS: 2 miles south of Yeovil, just off A37.
“Thanks for having us while we didn't have a place to stay during the corona lockdown. The house was clean and the hosts really thought of everything you could need. It's last in a row of townhouses, with southward facing windows. Nice comfortable couch in the living/dining room. Powerful induction stove. All the beauty of Somerset, Dorset and Devon on the doorstep.”
