El Palacio - Beautiful tiny house/loft with garden

This is a tiny house recently remodeled from an old wash room in a beautiful colonial home. It is nested in a gorgeous garden in one of the town's oldest neighborhoods, El Cerrillo. The small kitchen is modern and has everything you'll need to cook. There is a work space, a small living room and a private patio. The bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful view of San Cristóbal. The city center is a ten minute walk, same as the main market. There is a very friendly cat, Marcelo, on the premises.

Es un espacio acogedor que se encuentra ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad , a una cuadra del cerrito de San Cristóbal, a tres del arco del carmen , a cinco del centro. También se encuentra cerca la terminal de la OCC y algunos transportes que van a Tuxtla , Comitán, entre otros municipios. El espacio cuenta con entrada independiente, se cuenta con horno de microondas, frigobar y cafetera, así como televisión con cable y WIFI.

Great apartment to relax after days full of adventure at Puerto Arista beach. We are a few minutes away from the main areas of interest in the city: Esperanza central park, Las Flores shopping mall, OXXO, restaurants, "snack bars", movie theater, and 6 blocks away the bus station. Easy conection to go to the beach. (ask for availability even if the calendar is full.) Our place is good and secure for singles, couples, and friends.

It is a small house with all the basic amenities (Agua, Energia Electrica, internet and gas) attached to the main but independent house. The patio is common, there may be other guests on occasion. What is located inside the house is only for your use (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) On the first floor there is the kitchen, table and chairs, refrigerator and armchair, on the second floor the bed, work desk and bathroom.

Esta acogedora cabaña ha sido hecha con mucho amor. Es un espacio de alrededor de 16 metros cuadrados más el tapanco para dormir. Cuenta con una pequeña cocina, baño, internet de fibra óptica, rocket mass heater, etc. La cabaña está a un lado de mi casa, a tres metros de mi cocina; si necesitas algo, estamos próximos, pero tiene una entrada independiente. La cabaña está hecha de adobe.
