El Palacio - Beautiful tiny house/loft with garden

This is a tiny house recently remodeled from an old wash room in a beautiful colonial home. It is nested in a gorgeous garden in one of the town's oldest neighborhoods, El Cerrillo. The small kitchen is modern and has everything you'll need to cook. There is a work space, a small living room and a private patio. The bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful view of San Cristóbal. The city center is a ten minute walk, same as the main market. There is a very friendly cat, Marcelo, on the premises.

It is a small house with all the basic services (Water, Electricity, internet and gas) attached to the main house but independent. The patio is common, there may be other guests at times. What is inside the house is for your use only (kitchen, bathroom, etc.…) On the first floor there is the kitchen, table and chairs, refrigerator and armchair, on the second floor the bed, work desk and bathroom.

It is a cozy space that is located in the heart of the city, one block from the San Cristóbal hill, three blocks from the Arco del Carmen, and five blocks from downtown. Also nearby is the OCC terminal and some transport that goes to Tuxtla, Comitán, among other municipalities. The space has a separate entrance, a microwave oven, a minibar and a coffee maker, as well as cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Esta acogedora cabaña ha sido hecha con mucho amor. Es un espacio de alrededor de 16 metros cuadrados más el tapanco para dormir. Cuenta con una pequeña cocina, baño, internet de fibra óptica, rocket mass heater, etc. La cabaña está a un lado de mi casa, a tres metros de mi cocina; si necesitas algo, estamos próximos, pero tiene una entrada independiente. La cabaña está hecha de adobe.
