Casa Verde is located on the first floor of the stone farmhouse, dating back to the late 1700s and completely restored in 2010: it has an independent entrance, 3 bright bedrooms each of which has its own private bathroom. There is a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a large terrace. At guests' disposal outdoor parking next to the house, large green areas and a swimming pool with salt water, a method of disinfection more respectful of our health and nature.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

It accommodates up to 5 people in a double bedroom, a double sofa-bed and a single mattress in the living room. Baby crib available upon request. The fireplace unfortunately cannot be used .
