Our newly built Oak framed house, is perfect for relaxing and to unwind, the property offers lots of space for family get-togethers, both inside and out. Our accommodation offers 4 double bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms, with all the latest appliances. There are 3 acres of grounds with wonderful walkes across unspoilt farmland all the way to Bough Beech reservior and beyond, all straight from the back of our property, or take in all the local historical building, Hever Castle, Chartwell etc.

Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

The Orchard Hut

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Welcome to our lovely hut on a 16th century farm in Kent. We are off the B2027 near Hever, Bough Beech reservoir and surrounded by beautiful footpaths for walks and local pubs for good food. We have chickens & bees; very friendly! The hut is 50m from the house but very private. We have a log burner & a fire pit/BBQ, we provide logs & fire-starters. There is no cooking in the hut. Set in beautiful Kent countryside and with marvellous walks. We are happy to welcome your well behaved dogs. The town of Tunbridge Wells with its lovely Pantiles, restaurants and theatre, along with Hever Castle are close at hand. The village boast three pubs with the Leicester Arms a stones throw away.

Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.
