We welcome tradesmen .There is off road parking on a large gravel drive to park large vehicles on safely. No children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms allowed . Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there is not enough access for a wheelchair,. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped with most items.

It has a kitchenette at one end with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin at the other end. Outside there is a large decked area with its own wood-fired hot tub and bbq where you can enjoy views over the water and ancient woodland.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand
