Our lovely studio has its own entrance and has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. We are 10 minutes from the centre of basingstoke 2 minutes by car to the main hospital and 5 minutes from the railway station There is an abundance of country walks for those who like the outdoors. The village has a well stocked shop and the pub is a 5 minutes walk. Unfortunately We are not able to accept bookings with pets or young children We are in the beautiful village of Sherborne St John

Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Continental breakfast first day. Dogs welcome but not to be left unattended in property.

The Studio at The Forge in Pamber End

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

A newly renovated, private apartment in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, The Old Stables at Hartley Mill have been thoughtfully designed and lovingly decorated to provide a cosy getaway for those seeking to recharge their batteries in a calm and peaceful environment. The two big stable doors allow lots of natural light into the rooms, and open onto a private, fenced patio. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with ice box.

Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Chocolate Box Country Cottage on Village Green

This cottage is set on the edge of Newnham Green and is one of the oldest cottages, dating back to the early 1500s. It is chocolate box cute, with roses around the door and filled with antiques and vintage furniture and homewares. The village pub is a short walk across the green and Tylney Hall is 10 minutes walk away and there are lots of walks to local pubs. We have a football goal and a table tennis table outside and a pool table and darts board as well as a log burning stove.

Our Studio suite is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and on street parking. Close to Basingstoke and its business parks and walking distance from Sherfield on Loddon. On the estate there is a Nisa shop and a pub less than 1 mile away. Easy access to the M3 J6 and M4 J11 motorway. This is the perfect space for a business traveller or a couple wanting to explore the local area. Beds = 1 Kingsize OR 2 large singles plus sofa bed available.

Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.
