La casa está construida entre los gruesos muros de piedra, ladrillo y adobe del antiguo mesón, y durante su reciente restauración se utilizaron viejos ladrillos, dinteles de piedra y cientos de herraduras encontradas entre los escombros, lo que le da un toque histórico y auténtico.
