This is an old private house that has been built for more than 100 years like a Kyoto townhouse on the Otaki-jo Castle Town Street, which is called Koedo in Boso. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. When coming by car, it is 20 minutes from the Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. The nearest station is Otaki Station, which is a 12-minute walk away.(Due to the derailment of the Isumi Railway, some sections will be operated by the Isumi Railway substitute bus)

You can access the sandy beach in 2 minutes on foot, and enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing at local surf spots. There are many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The barrel sauna and jacuzzi bath can be enjoyed to your heart's content when rented privately! You can also easily rent it. The barrel sauna is 5,000 yen for unlimited use during your stay, and the BBQ set is also 5,000 yen. If you wish, we will provide you with detailed information after your booking is confirmed. We also recommend the spa resort facility "Taiyo no Sato", where you can enjoy natural hot springs (black water), rock baths, and multiple saunas within walking distance. In summer, there is also a rooftop pool It is in a good location about 1 hour and half from Tokyo, just off the toll road IC. It is a 10-minute drive to Ichinomiya, famous as a surf spot, and close to Higashiuraumi.
