Centrally-located home 3 minutes away from restaurants like Olive Garden and Red Robin, 3 minutes from shopping like Costco, the mall, and Walmart. Large fully fenced yard with lots of shade, and a raised garden in the summer! Enjoy meals in the wonderful kitchen and separate dining room, or go out to the picnic table. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio.
