The house is built after our house. It is a single divided environment with a piece of furniture that acts as a wardrobe. On one side there is the kitchen dining area and on the other the room with double bed. It has a covered gallery that faces the park with an Australian tank that we use for irrigation and water reserve. The property is illuminated in a non-invasive manner. We are located 500 meters from the small shopping center and 120 meters from Route No. 16 that goes to Lake Puelo.

Jardin del Mar

Jardín del Mar is a house with a beautiful garden sheltered from the sea breeze. The pool is available in the summer months (if used, there's a small additional daily charge for maintenance and heating). The ground floor is an open-plan space with a well-equipped kitchen, an indoor barbecue, a dining room and a living room. There's also a full bathroom. The bedrooms and another bathroom with a bathtub and shower are on the upper floor.

House located on the second floor. Parking inside the property, shared patio, grill for two people, wifi, TV, armchair, washing machine, oven, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee maker, bathroom with sink, shower and bidet. Two blocks away: supermarket, pharmacy, butchers, kiosks and tyre shop. Five minutes to the beach by vehicle and 20 minutes walking. Quite neighborhood. The home is small, quiet, peaceful and very comfortable.
