Walk to the store or stumble from the bar, this home is located right in town. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal, including the opportunity to purchase local seafood, which can be waiting for you when you arrive. Hang out on the deck or use the spare bedroom as an office, this house is small but you can live large in Cordova. The house has a washer dryer unit accessible to guests so if you encounter so Cordova weather you’ll be all set! Coffee and tea provided as well.

Nine-Mile Mini

Located between Valdez and Thompson pass, this little "mini" offers everything you need to be comfortable on your stay. A short 13 mile drive from Valdez will have you nestled in the woods where you will enjoy peace and serenity. Newly renovated Studio-Style BnB offers a private bathroom, and a "mostly" full kitchen. (There is no range/oven, but there is a toaster, Air-Fryer, microwave, and hot-plate for all your cooking needs!) This unit is upstairs with about 12 steps to the top.

The Shabbin Playhouse at Alpine Woods 10 mile

Beautiful spring! Breakout your snow gear ! The Shabbin is a private room that has everything you will need in it. Entry passcode lock. 1 Queen bed & pillows. Clean bedding & bath towels provided. Toilet, shower, kitchen including a 4 burner stove, pots & pans, dishes and silverware settings for 4, cutting knives, some baking dishes, wine glasses/opener, coffee grinder, can opener, cabinet for groceries, refrigerator & freezer. Thompson Pass Cabin (No cleaning fee)

This rustic and cozy cabin is located approx 19 miles north of Valdez on the Richardson Highway at the base of Thompson Pass. The accommodation offers world class access to “The Snow Capitol of Alaska”. Allwheel/4x4 is mandatory for winter access. The roads/driveway are maintained but I would still recommend 4x4/Allwheel. In summer (may-oct) the access is a gravel road that any car/truck can drive. The location is one of the highlights of this listing as well as the privacy.

Black Bear Cabin on the Eyak River

This studio cabin has a queen size bed, futon sofa, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette, BBQ, chest freezer, wifi. There is parking right next to the cabin. You are a stones throw away from a beautiful lawn with lawn chairs and fire pit and right next to the beautiful green Eyak River. We're nestled at the edge of the Chugach National Forest and the Prince William Sound in Cordova, Alaska. We are located 6.5 miles away from the city of Cordova.
