19th-century Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The apartment is close to the city center, 50 meters from the Minimetro 'Pincetto' terminal station. It is in the university and court area. It is bright, quiet, in an elegant condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the traffic-restricted zone. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
