Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. Hay aire acondicionado frio, calor, por conductos, también hay radiadores de gas natural, la iluminación es graduable. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes.
